Often the first point of call for customers, the Removals Administrators are key in delivering customer focussed services dealing with all aspects of the day-to-day workings of the Office and Removals co-ordination. Apprenticeships are supported where appropriate.
Trainee Removal Porter Level 1
With no previous experience, this role will assist in carrying out standard packing and removals under the direction of other experienced staff. Apprenticeships are supported where appropriate.
Trainee Removal Porter Level 2
With at least 6 months previous experience, this role will complete standard packing and removal tasks with minimum supervision and assist on more complex and specialist removals under the direction of other more experienced staff. Apprenticeships are supported where appropriate.
Removal Porter Level 1
With a minimum of one year’s prior experience, Removal Porters Level 1 predominantly complete and at times lead on standard domestic removals.
Removal Porter Level 2
With at least 2 years previous experience, Removal Porters Level 2 predominantly complete and at times lead others on larger, more complex removals, including those involving more specialist items.
Removals Foreman / Supervisor
With at least 3-5 years previous experience, the Removals Foreman is responsible for leading removal crews often on larger, more complex and specialist removals. Their role is key in supporting, mentoring, and developing less experienced crew members.
Removals Manager & Lead Surveyor
This role is crucial to the planning and day to day running of the removals business. Responsible for assessing and costing the removal needs of any potential customers and smoothly oversee all daily removal operations.
Company Secretary & Managing Director
Owners of the Company. Responsible for all other elements of running a Removals Company.
